How the piano bar started?

It started when Ms. Sally Rama did the two major concerts in Cebu way back in 1996 and 1997. She freshly came from her stint singing abroad.

Sally's melodious voice enticed visitors from the other countries and also local guests. After the two successful concerts, whenever Sally sings in Shangri-La Hotel, Plantation Bay Hotel and Waterfront Hotels, her guests always follow her just to listen to her beautiful songs. This made her decide to put up a classic and conservative but art of a hotel bar, the Sally’s Piano Bar, where she personally chose Waterfront hotel. She believes the world-class service and amenities. Importantly, the foods served are far more excellent because the hotel have the best chefs in town.

Now within 8 years operating at the Waterfront Hotel, Sally’s Piano Bar stands tall as an excellent, classy and elegant piano bar.
